Today: Danielle MacDuff took an interest in a man she saw reading a book in front of the local drugstore. Perhaps he was a panhandler or a drifter. Brian Bannister’s story turned out to be far more disturbing and moving than she could have imagined. She made a risky bet and trusted him. She needed help and he needed a friend. It’s a bet that paid off and changed both their lives. Bram and Sandi will dig into that amazing encounter and what it means to be the hands and feet and heart of Jesus when you come face to face with the person He wanted you to meet. There are risks, certainly. But often the rewards far outweigh the potential cost. God is just like that!
