When it comest to reaching out in practical ways for the sake of Christ, Max and Leslie Hackett are not hard to convince. In fact, when the Invasion of Ukraine began, they both readily said “YES” to God’s call and prepared to make a difference. But then? Nothing seemed to happen. Door after door closed. Were they hearing wrong? Had they made a mistake? Did God want to use them at all? The Hacketts learned, like many before them, that the road to service doesn’t always bend the way we expect it to. But saying “YES” to God always leads to exactly the place God intends to use us…
