Facing the Impossible, Pt. 2

Daniel Plett and his wife, Lynn, knew exactly what God wanted them to do. All of their skills, experience and passions came together in an extraordinary calling to ministry and missional living. With their three children they were effectively reaching one of the most secular nations on earth and building amazing friendships. And they were just getting started.

And then…

An unwanted visitor came to live in their home, completely disrupting their lives. CANCER. What possible good could come from this? And how could God possibly be at work in a descending spiral of crisis, faith, perseverance, and continuous setbacks. Daniel’s story absolutely breaks with convention and challenges everything we think we know about following God’s will. in a time when COVID is an incomprehensible threat and insult, we could learn a thing or two from this story. Prepare yourself to have your presumptions challenged, your faith stretched and your heart moved.

Part 2 of 3.
